Terms of Service

The service

The service adds AI recommendations, smart search, bundles, upsell offers, exit offers, A/B tests and conversion reports to your online store through an app, plugin or script, and provides a dashboard to configure them.

Your account

• You must be authorised to act for the store you connect
• Keep your login details private and tell us promptly about any unauthorised use
• Information you give us at signup must be accurate

Free trial

New stores get a 14-day free trial with every feature. At the end of the trial you can choose a plan. If you do not, features stop showing in your store and your data is kept for 30 days in case you return.

Plans and billing

• Plans are priced by the number of orders your store receives each month
• Prices are in US dollars and exclude applicable taxes such as GST
• Monthly plans renew each month and yearly plans each year until cancelled
• If your orders exceed your plan limit for two months in a row, we will contact you before suggesting a change

Honest-selling commitment

You agree not to use the service to show fake countdown timers, false stock or scarcity messages, or hidden charges. We may disable an offer that misleads shoppers.

Your data and content

Your catalogue, store content and shopper data remain yours. You give us permission to process them only to provide the service to your store, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to access other stores' data or disrupt the service
• Do not use the service for products that are illegal where you sell them
• Do not reverse engineer the script or dashboard

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available and fast, and the script is built to load after your page so your store keeps working if the service is unreachable. We may improve or change features, and will give notice before removing a feature that is part of your plan.

Liability

The service helps improve conversion and order value but results depend on your store, products and traffic, so specific results are not guaranteed. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending the agreement

You can cancel at any time from your dashboard. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms after giving notice, except where immediate action is needed to protect shoppers or other stores.
