How do you decide which feature gets credit for an order?
An order is credited to a feature when the shopper clicked or accepted something from it before buying, within the window you choose. The rule is shown on every report.
Can I compare with my store platform analytics?
Yes. Order counts and revenue are read from your store, so totals match your platform reports.
Are refunds included?
You choose. By default refunded orders are removed from revenue once the refund is processed.
